Rawls Capital Campaign

With great excitement and anticipation, the Rawls College of Business has announced a $65 million capital campaign for a state-of-the-art business building and other major funding initiatives. To demonstrate the University’s enthusiasm for this project, the Board of Regents has committed $25 million in matching funds for the construction of our new building. The increasing distinction of our students and faculty, as well as technological advances in the modern workplace, demand a new facility with the amenities and technological capacity to meet the challenges of business education in the 21st Century.

The new Rawls College of Business building will serve as the foundation for continuing to attract top students and faculty. Our goal is to make the Rawls College one of the nation’s premier business schools. Our challenge is to initially raise $25 million in private support for the College so we can begin the construction process. Making this dream a reality will require the generous support from our alumni and friends. We ask you to join us now in building leadership and investing in excellence

Rawls College of Business

The Jerry S. Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University is increasing in quality and academic excellence as we are ensuring our place as the business school of choice. The college’s rising standards and excellent reputation are attracting outstanding faculty and the very best and brightest students from across the state and the nation.

The business world has changed. Medical and legal professionals, architects, and engineers, now more than ever, have a much greater need for a business education. By partnering with other colleges on campus to offer joint masters programs, we have increased and enhanced the value of our professional degrees.

In addition to the Executive Education programs that are already in place, like the Tax Institute and the Banking School, new specialized programs, such as Energy Commerce, Entrepreneurship, and Health Organization Management have been added to our curriculum.

The Rawls Career Management Center offers many student services such as assistance with resume building and honing interviewing skills, and large Career Fairs are hosted twice a year on campus.

Your support, investment and involvement in the future of our students and our college are essential to our continued success as a premier business school.

Help us make the Rawls College of Business the business school of choice.
